Ingredients

10min - Low
3 x 10" Pizza's
  • 500 gTomato Passata
  • 0.5 teaspoonGarlic Granules
  • 0.5 teaspoonDried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoonDried Basil
  • 0.5 teaspoonFine Sea Salt

Steps

10min - Low
  1. 1

    Combine all the ingredients into a pan and place on the hob

  2. 2

    At a low heat, stir well - approximately 10 minutes (uncovered), avoid boiling!

  3. 3

    After 10 minutes the sauce should have reduced down to a thicker consistency

  4. 4

    Remove from hob, once cooled it's ready!
