Soak the red beans overnight. Boil it with enough water until it is soft and well cooked around 60 minutes.

Strain the beans and keep it aside.

Slice tomatoes, green olives.

Boil the ladies finger for 1 minutes. Strain it out. Slice it into small pieces. Other options: cucumber.

Mix the red beans, vegetables in a bowl.

Season it with salt, pepper, coriander powder and olive oil. Mix it well.

Serve it with some chips for the snack time.
