Ingredients

  1. 2chicken livers, cut to taste
  2. 2chicken gizzard, cut to taste
  3. 75 grtofu, cut length
  4. 1tomato, cut lengthwise
  5. 2green chilies, sliced ​​diagonally
  6. 1/4 tspcoriander powder
  7. to tasteSugar and salt
  8. GROUND SPICES
  9. 2 clovesgarlic
  10. 3small red onions
  11. 7cayenne peppers

Cooking Instructions

    Stir-fry spices until fragrant.

    Add the chicken liver and gizzard, cook until cooked (add a little water to aid the cooking process).

    Add tofu, tomatoes, green chillies and coriander powder. Cook until chili is wilted.
