One pot asparagus mushroom pasta

Ingredients

  1. 1 lbmushrooms, sliced
  2. pasta, penne or bow tie
  3. 1 bunchasparagus
  4. 1shallots, diced
  5. 5 clovegarlic minced
  6. 2 tbspoil
  7. 4 cupwater
  8. salt
  9. 2 tbspbutter
  10. 2/3 cupmilk
  11. 2/3 cupparmesan cheese
  12. ground black pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Add oil, pasta, mushrooms, garlic, shallot, salt pepper, and water. Bring to a boil. Cook on medium high for about 6 minutes.

    Mix ingredients often while cooking to prevent sticking.

    Add asparagus. Cook about 3 minutes. Stirring often

  4. 4

    Add butter and milk. Lower heat. Stirring often cook about 4 minutes to thicken up sauce and pasta should be al dente. Cook until desired thickness. Add parmesan. Stir.

    Add more parmesan and i added bacon to the dish when plating. Enjoy.
