Ingredients

50 min
5 serving
  • 1and half big tin of condensed milk
  • 20egg white
  • 2table spoon of emulsifier(excel sponge cake)
  • 2 tablespoonshortening
  • 3cap vanilla flavour
  • 3cap butter scotch flavour

  1. 1

    Whisk egg white very well for 50 min until its turns foamy.

  2. 2

    Then add emulsifier whisk untill it dissolve,add condensed milk and whisk then add shortening and whisk thoroughly.

  3. 3

    Ice cream is ready.Then refrigerate best taken when chilled.
