Ingredients

4 servings

300 grice
500 g5% minced pork
4 sliceslean bacon chopped
1 tbscajun spice
2 tbsworchester sauce
red and green pepper chopped
1onion chopped
3spring onions chopped
1 stalkcelery

Steps

Cook rice as per instructions

Fry pork in a large frying pan with chopped onion

Add bacon and stir through untill cooked

Add cajun spice and worchester sauce and rest off the chopped veg cook and continue stirrring for 5 mins

Add rice a stir through making sure it hot then serve with salad and chunk of bread
