Ingredients

1 serves
  • 1/2 kgbeef
  • 1 bunchspring onions
  • 2large tomatoes
  • 1 tbsproyco
  • to tastesalt

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut the beef inti small pieces. Then put to boil for 30 minutes

  2. 2

    While boiling put in salt and stir until all water has dissappeared.

  3. 3

    Then cut the onions and add in the meat. Then blend the tomatoes and add the meat.

  4. 4

    Stir in for a few minutes. serve with boiled waru
