Steps

Soak the shredded cassava in warm water for about 3mins.and drain in a sieve.

Soak the potash powder in a bowl with 100ml water.

Ground the ehuru seed,chop the garden egg.

Set out a bowl,Pour the now liquid potash,add the palmoil mix till you get orange colour mixture.

Pour in the shredded cassava and mix then add all the ingredients and mix till consistency is achieved.taste for salt and pepper.
