Delicious fish in a garlic, white wine, lemon and Parmesan marinade! This weekend I'm with my family by the sea, and my brother and his girlfriend went out deep sea fishing and caught us some fresh bass! We cooked it on the BBQ with this great marinade!
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Melt the butter, and then mince the garlic. Add all marinade ingredients together in a bowl and whisk lightly.
- 2
Skin and debone the fish if not already done. Lay them out on a tin foil / non-flammable disposable pan.
- 3
Cover them with the marinade, and fold aluminium foil over the top. Slice a few cuts in the foil to let the steam out.
- 4
Heat up the BBQ, place the the fish on the pan wrapped in tin foil on the BBQ. Cook for 10minutes or until opaque. If you don't have a BBQ, bake it in the oven at 180C for 10minutes.

Take out of the oven and enjoy!

Sea Bass Poêlé Balsamic Flavor Sea Bass Poêlé Balsamic Flavor
I wanted to serve poêlé made with Alfonsino, so I used sea bass to practice. I think the sea bass version is more delicious. This is simple, but the timing for adding salt, wine, lemon, and balsamic vinegar differs, making an elegant dish with layered flavor. The tips are to use fresh cuts of fish and eating it while it's hot. Try using a sweet wine. Recipe by HaradaKiTN cookpad.japan -

Green sea bass salad Green sea bass salad
I came up with this salad just to use two leftover plain sea bass fillets from the previous night. I am feeling strangely proud of it.The fillets were not enough to make a whole meal so I decided they would help make a fun friday salad.I immediately wanted to use some sauted cabbage and peas if only to include the acidic heat of the lemon pepper seasoning, which I always go for when cooking fish.At this point it didn't look like a salad at all so I decided to use some fresh produce to balance it out.And then there it was...Fun. Friday. Salad. Elizabeth Cardona -
