Ingredients

2 oz.ginger root
1med. onion, cut in quarters
3 cupsvegetable oil
1 cupvinegar
1 3/4 cupssoy sauce
1/10lemon, juiced
2 tspsugar
1/2 tspsalt
1/2 tsppepper

Steps

Soak Ginger in cold water for a few minutes. Remove skin and cut into quarters.

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. If all ingredients do not fit, divide in half and blend separately. Refrigerate.
