Boil the beef with salt till tender,

Fry the beef with cooking oil. Then add onions. Once brown add tomatoes

Stir the mixture then add little water for soup. Add royco and stir.

Let it cook for 10 minutes.

Stems the cabbages with oil. Serve with Ugali.
