  • 5 cupsbeans
  • 1icefish medium(cut into 5 piece)
  • 3eggs
  • 1 cupvegetable oil
  • to tasteSalt
  • 4 cubemaggi
  • 1 sachetgino curry
  • 3 tablespoonscrayfish(ground)
  • 4 clovegarlic(blend)
  • 3 pieceginger(blend)
  • 2onion bulb(chopped)
  • 7fresh pepper(blend)

    Wash beans,to remove beans coat then blend it. put your fry pan on fire pour the oil into the pan add your fish,heat it for 8minutes,remove and add to your blended beans.

    Whisk egg and pour in the bowl of blended bean,add maggi,curry,ginger,garlic,crayfish,salt,onion,pepper stir very well then add veg oil mix correctly then add little water the mixture should be loose.

    Then get white polythene leather use big serving spoon to measure one after the other until the mixture finishes.

    Put water in a clean pot place on heat allow to heat 5min,then add the tied moimoi.

    Put all in the pot cover then allow it to boil for 40 min

    Moimoi is ready.So come and have a taste of this delicious meal.

    It can taken with pap.so yummy.
