Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1mudu of palm fruits
  • 1table spoon dry pepper
  • 2big size fresh cat fish
  • 1table spoon grinded native banga spices
  • 2big size onions
  • to tastesalt
  • 2 cubesroyco seasoning
  • 1cooking spoon palm oil
  • 3milk cup edible starch

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil palm fruits till it becomes tender.

  2. 2

    Squeeze juice out of the fruits and put on heat to boil for 10-20mins

  3. 3

    Add pepper,grinded onions,with grinded native banga spices and stir on fire.

  4. 4

    Add fresh cat fish and allow to boil for 10-20min

  5. 5

    Add royco seasoning and salt to taste.leave for 5mins your soup is ready.

  6. 6

    Dissolve starch in 1liter water and put in a pot add your palm oil and put on fire.

  7. 7

    Continue to stir until search becomes solid.

  8. 8

    Remove from fire and your starch (swallow) is ready.
