Ingredients

30 minutes
2-4 servings
  • 1/4 poundbreakfast sausage
  • 3 ouncesChorizo sausage
  • 1/2 poundground beef
  • 1/2 cupchopped grape tomatoes
  • 1/3 cupchopped bell pepper
  • 1/2 cupchopped red onion
  • 4large eggs
  • to tastesalt and pepper
  • 1/3 cupsteak sauce I used HP Sauce
  • 1 cupgrated extra sharp cheddar cheese

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Cook everything but the eggs together.

    Scramble the eggs and cook till done.

  3. 3

    Add a layer of the cooked eggs to a bottom of a bowl.

    Add some of the meat mixture to the eggs.

  5. 5

    Top off with cheese

  6. 6

    Serve I hope you enjoy!
