Wash matumbo thoroughly and place in a sufuria.

Add 3 cups water and salt. boil for 1hr in a pressure cooker

Place onions in a sufuria and add cooking oil.

Add tomatoes and stir for 3minutes as the tomatoes soften

Add matumbo and stir. Add tomato paste as you stir then add the dhania.

Add 1cup water and salt then cover for 5-10 minutes then serve.
