  • 3 tbspoil
  • 1onions
  • 2tomatoes
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Put the managu to boil for about 30 minutes until soft and less bitter.

  2. 2

    Then cut the tomatoes and onions to small pieces. Put oil in a Sufuria and start frying onions until slightly brown then add tomatoes.

  3. 3

    Cook the tomatoes unril soft. Then add in salt and stir.

  4. 4

    Add in the boiled Managu,stir and mix.

  5. 5

    Then cook for 5 minutes then serve.

  6. 6

    Serve with Ugali.
