Steps

First cook kheema with water, salt and turmeric.

Separate kheema and stock.

In deep cooking pot add oil and butter.

Add whole spices and fry themtill oil gets aromatic. Remove them later

Add green chilli and curry leaves. Fry them

Add onion paste and saute it till it become brown

Later add tomato and cook with red pepper turmeric and garam masala and little salt. Reduce flame when oil start seperating from sides.

Add curd and wait till all water gets evapourated.

Add kheema And potato. Add little stock to get potato cooked. Then add fresh cream.

Let it come to boil. Once potato get cooked garnish it with coriander onion and lemon wedge. serve it with butter nan...
