Mix besan buttermilk salt redchilli powder beetroot pury togather and make a lumpfree batteras cut layer in to strips

Pour this batter to a pan put that pan on medium flame and cook

As batter get thicken and starts leaving pan turn off the gas

Spread a thin layer of batter on a greased surface,layer should not be too thick or too thin
- 5
Cut layer to strips let it cool down then fold it

Heat oil in tadka pan add rai katipatta (mustard seeds and curry leaves)in it add green chilli saute then pour this tadka over khandvi ready to serve
