Boil rice for 10mins,bring down and wash.

Place a dry pot on fire add palmoil allow for 2mins then add sliced onion and stir.

Add crayfish,pepper,Salt and Maggi.wash the dry fish and pour inside.

Cover the pot and allow it to boil very well.
- 5
Stir and pour in the rice.onces the rice is done serve with the lettuce and cream by the side.
