Ingredients

  • 1 bunchfennel leaves
  • 1onion
  • about 350 g flour  
  • salt
  • pepper
  • water as much as the batter takes
  • oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop the fennel and onion, finely. 

  2. 2

    Put the flour, salt, pepper and the chopped ingredients in a bowl and add water until you have a thick batter. 

  3. 3

    Stir well and heat the oil in a frying pan. 

  4. 4

    Add spoonfuls of the batter in the oil and fry.
