Ingredients

  1. 1/4 tsporegano
  2. 1 tbspolive oil
  3. 1 tspgarlic powder
  4. 1/4 tsppepper
  5. 12 ozbroccoli florets
  6. 1 cupcherry or grape tomatoes
  7. 1 tbspwhite wine vinegar
  8. 2 tsphoney
  9. 1/2 tspbasil

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 425°.

  2. 2

    Mix oil, garlic powder and pepper in a large bowl.

  3. 3

    Add broccoli and tomatoes.

  4. 4

    Toss well to coat.

  5. 5

    Spread in a single layer on a foil lined 15 X 10 X 1 inch baking pan.

  6. 6

    Roast in oven 13 to 15 minutes or until broccoli is lightly browned.

  7. 7

    Meanwhile, mix vinegar, honey, basil, and oregano in a small bowl.

  8. 8

    Drizzle over roasted vegetables after removing from oven.

  9. 9

    Serve immediately.

Some of my favorite things are family, friends, my pets, cooking, baking, football (Badger & Packer), Brewer baseball, college basketball, car racing, thrift stores, volunteering, and rummage sales. I have a 9 year old rescue dog, and 7 birds ( 6 are rescue) and they range in age from 1 year to over 19 years old. I volunteer for a dog rescue and a shelter, as well as other festivals and organizations.
