I was trying to get my children to eat homemade mac n cheese. They only like the mac n cheese from the (blue box)!! I tried to mock boxed mac n cheese. Well the kids wouldnt try it bit my husband said he liked it better than my baked macaroni.

Ingredients

4 tbspbutter
5 tbspflour or cornstarch
1/4 tspsalt
1 tsppepper or less depending on your taste
5 cupmilk
1 lbelbow pasta
1 1/2 cupcheddar cheese
1 lbchunck of orange american cheese grated

Steps

Cook then set aside pasta

Add first 5 ingredients to a pot. Whisk and let come to a boil.

After comes to a boil take off heat. Add both cheeses into white sauce and mix till no more lumps. Pour over elbows and mix. Then serve
