Place the water, sugar, lemon and oil over heat. When they start boiling, lower the heat and gradually add the semolina little by little. Stir constantly so that it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pot.

When the semolina starts to separate from the spoon, remove from heat.

Place it in a baking tray, cut into lozenges and place one almond in the center of each.

Bake at 180°C until golden brown.

Finally, when it is ready, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
