Boil the sauce and add the herbs of your liking, the onion, the peppers, the salt and the oil. Let it boil for a while.

Brush your pita breads with a little oil, salt and paprika. Place them in a frying pan and let them cook for a while on one side first and then on the other until they are more tender. Don't let them cook for long because they will get hard and crunchy. You can also grill them.

Place the pita bread on a plate, then 1-2 souvlakia (or burgers), yogurt and then the sauce (in the quantities that you desire).
