1 pinchCayenne Pepper
1Bay Leaf
1 cloveGarlic
1 pinchNutmeg
1 pinchThyme
1 pinchSalt

Chop onion and garlic.

Soften with oil in a pan.

Wash lentils and add them to the pan.

Add stock and spices.

Bring to boil.

The turn down to a simmer.

Add chopped spinach.

Simmer until lentils are soft.
