Wash the liver fillets and sauté in a pot where you have heated the oil for about 2-3 minutes per side.

Stir in the wine. Season with salt and pepper. Turn down the heat.

As soon as the wine is absorbed, add the water and the oregano. When the water is absorbed it is ready!

Serve with rice or potato salad.
