Place the liquid ingredients in the bread machine and then add the rest.

Set it for kneading.

Watch over the dough in case it needs extra water and if it does add water or orange juice.

When the dough is ready, shape into one large tsoureki or mini ones and add some jam if you like.

Sprinkle with slivered almonds or demerara sugar.

Let them rise for about an hour.

Bake at 180°C for 20' if you make mini tsourekia or 30-35' if you make a large one.

If you like you can use a white or couverture chocolate glaze and colorful sprinkles to decorate it.
