Ingredients

2rib eye steaks
1 bunchgreen onions, cut in pieces
1 clovegarlic, minced
1 tsppepper
1/8 cupred wine vinegar
1/8 cupextra virgin olive oil
1/8 cupsesame oil
1/3 cupsoy sauce
2 Tbspbrown sugar
1pear sliced (optional)

Steps

Combine all ingredients except rib eyes in a large plastic zip-top bag.

Mix well.

Add steaks to zip-top bag and marinate in refrigerator overnight.

Remove steaks from marinade and grill.
