Finely chop the lettuce and place it in a platter.

Place a tbsp of oil in a non-stick frying pan, add the mushrooms cut into slices and stir for a while until they just start to get a bit of a color.

Add the orange cut into small pieces and the strawberries cut into slices.

Sauté for 1 minute, then stir in the wine.

Pour everything over the lettuce and toss to mix.

Add salt, a little oil and the vinegar.
