Ingredients

  • 2 kgblanched almonds
  • 3 kggranulated sugar
  • 1 kgflower water
  • 3/4icing sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend the almonds and the sugar in a blender until they turn into powder. 

  2. 2

    Add the flower water and knead. 

  3. 3

    Pass the mixture twice through the blender. 

  4. 4

    Form in any shape that you like and sprinkle with icing sugar.
