Ground Meat & Celery Leaf Omelet

Throwing away celery leaves is such a waste, so I used them here. You won't notice the characteristic smell of ground beef either.
It's easy to make so there aren't any hints. Recipe by putimiko

2-Egg Fluffy Spanish Omelet 2-Egg Fluffy Spanish Omelet
I want to eat a Spanish Omelet! But I only had a couple eggs in the fridge.I used dashi-flavored eggs as inspiration when dealing with this conflict.Slicing the potato into strips adds more volume to the dish! When you're cooking it, slowly steam cook it over low heat. When it's time to flip the omelet, shake it out of the frying pan onto a plate, and then flip the plated omelet back onto the pan. I think this will keep the omelet looking nice.I used a 22 cm frying pan for this example. For 1 small frying pan. Recipe by emyo cookpad.japan -
Ground Meat and Vegetable Butter Flavored Croquettes Ground Meat and Vegetable Butter Flavored Croquettes
My grandma used to make these delicious croquettes with meat and vegetables in them. I remembered them suddenly and really wanted to eat them again, so I recreated them the best I could from memory. These multi-ingredient croquettes are really delicious (although they'll never be able to beat my grandma's).Mash the potatoes roughly to retain their floury texture. In Step 3, some moisture will come out of the vegetables, so once they are sautéed, tilt the pan and suck it up with paper towels. If the vegetables are still watery the croquettes may fall apart while deep frying. For 6 to 8 croquettes. Recipe by annnnn cookpad.japan -

Chicken and Celery Mustard Salad Chicken and Celery Mustard Salad
I like celery so I often make this simple salad. I used to add fresh cream and yoghurt, but now I just use milk. The colour goes nicely with the salad. If you want, you can add lemon or vinegar. You can use thigh meat or breast meat (Keep the skin on if you like.)If you don't like chicken, you can use thick pork slices in the same way.If you want to be really extravagant, you could add fried shrimp. It makes a nice and colourful appetizer if you do so! Recipe by putimiko cookpad.japan -
