Ingredients

about 15 bowls

8 cupsboiled grape must
1 cupfine semolina
blanched almonds
cinnamon
sesame seeds

Steps

Place the grape must in a pot over low heat and as soon as it starts to heat add the semolina and stir constantly so that it doesn't stick.

When it thickens remove from heat and add the almonds.

Distribute into the bowls and sprinkle with cinnamon and sesame seeds!!!
