Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupoats, dry roasted
  2. 1 cupmilk
  3. 1 tbsp.gulkand
  4. 1 tbsp.honey
  5. pinchcardamom powder
  6. 2 tbsp.fresh grated coconut
  7. 1 tsp.rose water
  8. few dry rose petals to garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl, mix together all the above mentioned ingredients (except rose petals) and refrigerate it overnight.

    Garnish with rose petals and serve as an after-meal dessert or for a healthy breakfast.
