  2. Lemon juice
  3. 2 big carapau fish
  4. Pinchsalt

    Clean your carapau fish very well

    Smash garlic with salt

  3. 3

    Put your fish in garlic and lemon juice

  4. 4

    Fry till ready and serve with your favorite starch and salad
