Steps

Boil meat until well done

Add cooking oil and onions and curry fry until golden brown

Add chopped carrots and potatoes and fry further

Add grated tomatoes, stock cube and 2 cups water

When your veggies are cooked and stew thickened add finely chopped coriander

Simmer for a few minutes

Serve with rice
