#Rakshabandhan Halwa/sweet made of semolina and mango flavoured .
Steps

Mix water and milk add saffron and keep aside

In a heavy bottom pan heat clarified butter add semolina and roast till golden in colour on low heat

Add mixture of water, saffron and milk

Stir continuously otherwise lumps will form.

Cook covered for 2 minute

Add mango puree and mix well

Add sugar and mix well

Cook covered for 2-3 minute on low heat.

It is ready. Decorate and serve.
