Melt ghee- 1/2 katori and add suji -1katori and cardamom seeds-1 and roast it well on sim till it changes the colour.

Now add I had kalakand in my refrigerator so no need for extra maza.i took 2-3pieces and roast with suji and cook on sim.

Now add the grated coconut-3inch piece and mix well with suji mixture and cook on sim till it leaves the sides. Now switch off the gas and let it cool. Now add sugar and I added pisi hui brown sugar-4-5teaspoons.you can add as per your taste.

Now make pinnis with hands if required add little ghee.
