Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cupflour
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1/2 tspbaking soda
  • 1/2 tspxanthum gum
  • 1 stickbutter melted
  • 1egg
  • 1 tbsplemon juice
  • 1 tsplemon zest
  • Filling
  • 8 ozcream cheese
  • 1/3sugar
  • 2 tbsplemon juice
  • 2 tsplemon zest

Steps

    Whip cream cheese and sugar and lemon juice and zest

  3. 3

    Cookies: whip butter and sugar and egg and lemon juice and lemon zest until smooth

  4. 4

    Mix all dry ingredients and wet ingredients together

  5. 5

    Form circles and spoon 1 tbsp cream cheese mixthre

  6. 6

    Fold circle into ball

  7. 7

    Bake for 20 min

  8. 8

    Cool for 10 min
