1 cupsugar
1/2 tspbaking soda
1/2 tspxanthum gum
1 stickbutter melted
1egg
1 tbsplemon juice
1 tsplemon zest
Filling
8 ozcream cheese
1/3sugar
2 tbsplemon juice
2 tsplemon zest

Whip cream cheese and sugar and lemon juice and zest

Cookies: whip butter and sugar and egg and lemon juice and lemon zest until smooth

Mix all dry ingredients and wet ingredients together

Form circles and spoon 1 tbsp cream cheese mixthre

Fold circle into ball

Bake for 20 min

Cool for 10 min
