Wash, peel and grate Bottle gourd.

Heat a heavy bottom pan and add Grated Bottle gourd with milk.

Let the bottle gourd gets cooked in milk.

Keep stirring in between. Scrap the sides.

Now grate Peda and add to the mixture.

Mix everything well.

The mixture will be thick enough to spread.

Now add Cardemom powder and nutmeg powder. Mix well.

Now add Ghee from sides.

Mix everything.

Your Bottle gourd Halwa is ready to serve.

Serve Hot/ cold with Garnish of dry fruits.
