  1. 1larg baingan
  2. 1/2 tspoil for geasing
  3. 5 tspghee
  4. 1 tspcumin seeds
  5. 1/2 cupchopped onion
  6. 3 tspginger, garlic past
  7. 2 tspgreen chopped chilli
  8. 1 tspred chilli powder
  9. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  10. 1 tspcoriander powder
  11. 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  12. 1 tspmeat masala powder
  13. 1 tspred chilli powder
  14. 1 tspKashmiri chilli powder
  15. 1/2 tspdry mango powder
  16. 2chopped tomatoes
  17. Salt to tast and
  18. Chopped coriander for garnish

  1. 1

    Grease the baingan with oil and rost it over an open flam till is cooked. coll and Pell the skin.mash the pulp thoroughly and keep aside.

  2. 2

    Heat the ghee in a pan,add the cumin seeds, add the ginger garlic past and saute for a few seconds.

  3. 3

    Add onion and saute till the turn golden brown.

  4. 4

    Add the chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, kasmiri red chilli powder, meat masala powder and till the mixture leaves oil.

  5. 5

    Add the mashed baingan, garam masala powder, and dry mango powder and Salt, mix well and cook 5-10 minutes.

  6. 6

    Serve hot garnish with chopped coriander.
