Beat curd and make buttermilk by adding 2 glass of water..mix besan and stir very well to avoid lumps...then mix all spices like chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt,hing. Keep aside

Soaked clay pot for 2 hours for even cooking...pour water in clay pot and keep aside for 2 hrs

Empty pot and place on gas on medium flame.then add a mixture of buttermilk and spices... Stir continues to avoid lumps until mixture started boiling.now slow down gas. let kadhi to cook properly..it'se take atleast 20-30 mins..but take a look on pot and adjust with water and stir occasionally..

Now we will make pakoras...take besan along with all spices and onion, coriander leaves in a bowl.. add water and mix well...we need thick batter for pakoras...heat oil in kadahi..then fry small pakoras of batter till golden...keep aside..

Now our kadhi is cooked...it'se time for adding tempering and pakoras to finish our recipe..add pakoras in kadhi and mix well..

Heat oil in a pan...then add Curry leaves,mix of whole spices and red chilly whole...fry until cracklings...then pour tadka over kadhi and cover for 5 mins...after 5 mins mix well and serve hot kadhi with rice,roti or parantha...enjoy authentic kadhi with richness of all nutrient'se intact.
