  1. 500 gboiled githeri
  2. 5peeled potatoes
  3. 2tomatoes
  4. 1onion
  5. Cooking oil
  6. 1green pilipilihoho
  7. Salt

  1. 1

    Place a clean pan on heat and add oil t

  2. 2

    Add chopped onions to the hot oil and fry till golden brown

  3. 3

    Add the tomatoes and pilipili hoho then fry

  4. 4

    Add githeri and the tomatoes then mix well

  5. 5

    Add 2 cups of water and and add salt then cover to cook for 20 min before serving
