Cinnamon Fish

This is a very simple yet tasty and easy fish recipe. It tastes really good too.
I used coconut milk, a teaspoon full of royco and Chilli(my favourite spice lol) I also added some coriander leaves.
The recipe here is with the most basic ingredients.

Steps

Deep fry the fish till done. set aside.

In a nonstick cooking pot, heat cooking oil. Fry onions, bell pepper, garlic and ginger paste till done. Should take about 3 minutes.

Add diced tomatoes and tomato paste. Cook till done.

Add cinnamon powder and the cinnamon sticks. Then add a cup of water (or more depending on how much fish you are making) Also add milk at this stage.Add salt to taste.

Bring to boil then add the fish. Let it simmer for about 7 minutes or till done.

Serve with vegetables and Ugali or Rice. Yummm 😋
