Remove scales of a fish then wash.

Heat cooking oil in a pan then deep fish, fry both sides until cooked.

Chop sukuma wiki,onions and tomatoes set a side.

Heat pan and put cooking oil, add onions fry until brown.

Add tomatoes and mash.

Add sukuma wiki stir

Add water and salt stir

Add 1 cube royco stir until cooked.

Take the fried fish and spread sukuma wiki stew on top.

Serve hot with ugali.
