Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 kgself raising flour
  • 3eggs
  • 100 gblue band
  • 2 tbscinammon
  • 1 cupmilk
  • oil for frying
  • 6 tbssugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Place all ingredients in a bowl and add knead until dough does not stick on your hands.

  2. 2

    Place dough on a flat clean surface and roll it until it becomes flat.

  3. 3

    Use a knife to cut to square or triangular shape as place oil in a frying pan.

  4. 4

    Turn the heat maximum for the oil to boil then start placing in it the mandazi carefully.

  5. 5

    Place as many as you can. As the mandazi cook turn over when one side becomes brown. When all sides are brown remove and place in others until all are ready.
