Jollof rice with basil and rosemary herbs

Boil chicken with salt,Maggi,onion with medium amount of water till is soft.

Parboil rice separately.

Place a dry pan on fire,add groundnut oil then add sliced onion,crayfish,pepper and Maggi and fry for like 4 mins.

Pour in the chicken stock and more water enough for the rice and allow to boil.

Onces is boil well pour in the rice and the chicken.as the water is about drying pour in the basil and rosemary herbs.

Let the water dry check the salt and bring down onces is dry.bon appetite.
