Steps

Heat a kadhai and add coconut, toast them light golden on low flame while stirring.

Keep the flame low, add sugar and butterscotch syrup in golden toasted coconut, mix everything well and stir continuously. (You can use few drops of water but not much) Cook for 8-10 minutes.

Now you can see coconut has been caramelised with sugar and butterscotch syrup. Switch off the flame. Transfer the laddu stuff into a bowl, let them cool down fir 2 minutes.

Wet your hands with chilled water and take small portion of caramelised coconut, put some chopped nuts of your choice in the centre and cover them with caramelised coconut.

Roll them into shape of a laddu (Do it Quickly, once the stuff is completely cool it will become difficult to shape them).

Caramelised Coconut laddu is ready to serve.. enjoy it with your family, friends and feel the burst of flavours in your mouth.

Best part it can be stored easily for upto 2 weeks in air tight container or even we can wrap each laddu in foil to keep it fresh and dry.
