Porriage Beans with fried egg and beef

Boil beans with a pressure pot for 25mins.

Allow it to cool then wash.place in a normal pot boil again this time let water not cover the beans.

Allow to boil very well then add ginger,garlic and onions.

Leave it to boil check if the beans is soft now then add crayfish,salt and pepper.

When the boil is now soft and the water is almost drying add palmoil.stir with a wooden spoon and cover the pot and boil for another 3mins.

Place a dry pan on fire add 1 teaspoon of groundnut oil then sliced in onion and break egg in a separate plate add salt and beat.

Pour in the egg in the pan and fry.boil the meat with onion,salt and Maggi.boil till is tender.
