Ingredients

  • Potatoes 5-7 big ones
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Spices

Steps

  1. 1

    Peal your potatoes and put them in clean water.

  2. 2

    Wash your potatoes thoroughly then slice them into round shaped pieces

  3. 3

    After slicing them into round pieces cut the round pieces into finger like shapes

  4. 4

    Pour in the oil into a sufuria or a wok or anything you can use to cook the chips

  5. 5

    Place the sufuria on a flame then wait for the oil to heat

  6. 6

    Dry your uncooked chips then put them in the sufuria slowly

  7. 7

    Note: ensure that the oil is heated enough by placing a few uncooked chips into the sufuria

  8. 8

    Cook them for 10-12 minutes but if you want them crunchy cook for 15 minutes

  9. 9

    Remove them from the sufuria onto a bowl with serviettes or Some newspapers for it to dry the oil

  10. 10

    Serve on a plate add some salt and spices to taste

  11. 11

    Enjoy with a side of your choice
