Ingredients

  1. 1 CupOvercooked rice
  2. 1/2 Cupgud(jaggery)
  3. 2 Cupmattha(chhachh)

Cooking Instructions

    Sabse pehle ek bartan mein(cooked) rice and mattha daal kar gas par rkhenge and usko dheere-2 chalate rahenge..

    2-3Min chalane ke baad usm gud(jaggery) add kar denge and phir se usey chalayenge..

    Chawal ko nonstop chalate rehna hai jab tak usme ubal and aa jaye..

    Agar usey chalana band kar denge to wo phat jayega.. So ubal aane tak chalana hai.. And ubal aane ke baad 3-4min or pakayen and meethi maheri taiyar hai..

    Thanda ya garam kaise b khayen.. Its a very tasty and simple recipe..
